VIA Architects, an award-winning Melbourne-based architecture and interior design studio, entrusted Fizz Agency as their full-service marketing team. Our partnership encompassed a wide range of services, including PR and communications, content and social media management, award submissions and collaborative project partner campaigns.

We initially developed an extensive marketing and communications strategy that involved auditing the design landscape and analysing the behaviours of VIA's target audiences. This deep dive allowed us to gain valuable insights and develop a comprehensive omnichannel approach. Our goal was to leverage VIA Architects' industry credibility and authority, ensuring their voice resonated with the right audience.

Drawing on our expertise in property and design, we crafted a holistic PR program that would shine a spotlight on some of Australia's most significant architectural projects. Through strategic media placements, feature articles, email newsletters, award submissions and industry celebrations, we sought to bolster VIA's position as leaders in their field.

So far, we have achieved increased brand awareness, enhanced industry reputation and garnered an increase in project enquiries. We have also secured a double win for the studio at the Property Council of Australia 2023 National Retirement Living Awards for their project Pavilions Blackburn Lake, with subsequent achievements to be announced soon.
