The Approach
​
TLC Healthcare | Mordialloc is Australia's first intergenerational healthcare precinct, marking the first time aged care, early learning, a medical centre, health and wellness facilities and a commercial cafe have been co-located across the nation.

We had the privilege of working alongside key industry partners on the groundbreaking project, including TLC Healthcare, VIA Architects and SJ Higgins Group. We developed and executed a comprehensive multichannel campaign that would see the first-of-its-kind healthcare precinct gain the recognition it deserved.

Visual storytelling played a crucial role in our campaign, with captivating photography and videography capturing the essence of the precinct's unique features. We also developed a PR program that would see the precinct profiled across local, national and global trade publications.
To further amplify the project's impact, we shared key milestones and media coverage across social media and leveraged the opportunity to position the individuals who brought the project to life as industry thought leaders.

Building upon the momentum generated, we strategically selected key industry award opportunities and developed hard-hitting submissions that demonstrate the paradigm-shifting replicable healthcare model that could revolutionise community care as know it.
So far, we've achieved finalist status at The Urban Developer 2023 Awards for Industry Excellence in the category of Excellence in Design Innovation, with more announcements coming soon.
