Seeking to promote the sell-down of their sustainability-conscious Kingloch Parade development, we were engaged to conceptualise and deliver an engaging social proof campaign

​

Understanding the significance of social proof and authenticity in the decision-making process for home buyers, we developed a  campaign centred around the concept of Happy Homes for Happy Humans.

This campaign aimed to feature both current off-the-plan and past purchasers in their homes, inviting them to share what life is like in their Oz Property developed space, what they love about the area, the community and the overall purchaser experience.​
